Please find attached a copy of your rental contract, along with the Terms and Conditions of Use (General & Specific). Please review your contract, SIGN and RETURN one copy to City Wide Allocations, either by fax 613-580-2683 or scan & email.
By signing your contract you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Please bring a copy of your contract with you on the date(s) of your event(s).
Cancellation: Remember this time has been booked for you. If you want to make any changes or cancel your contract you must give 10 or more business days notice, as stated in Section 32 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Please Note: The City of Ottawa has a "Pay before you Play" Policy. For Payment: You can pay your account ON-LINE, by CHEQUE or IN PERSON Please follow this link to make an On Line Payment
