Gäller efter eget omdöme. Parken skall återställas till skicket som den var i innan, dvs, tejp/snören, allt som vi använt skall bort. Vore bra om vi kunde få tag i julgransfoten till majstången, alternativt, den där spiken som Peter pratade om, för att slippa gräva en grop.

Aterstallla parken I det skick vi fann det ar ju ina problem, gjorde det samma att Arankas varje ar. Vi alla hjalper till att stada upp. Skriv och fraga om julgransfoten, hur stor den ar I diameter sa kan vi meta majstangen och se hur det fungerar.  

8. There is to be no charging of admission, collection or sale of refreshments except as authorized on this contract. Vi får inte ta betalt för icke medlemmar! Tror detta är ok då vi inte ämnar sälja inträde på plats för främmande folk. Vi kommer ju veta vilka som kommer då dom förhoppningsvis meddelat detta per email, då kan vi ju mera diskret samla in avgifter, genom att kryssa av deltagarlistan.

Ja det ar en losning att ticka av de som ar medlemmar. Men ar vi diskreta kan vi sakert ta betalt om det ar nagon som inte ar medlem. For att fa in de pengarna efterat ger jag inte mycket chance, vi vet ju hur svart det ar att fa medlemsavgiften betald.  

P.g.a by-laws, får vi bara sälja muggar om det är not-for profit, går det att argumentera för att så är fallet Pär?

Vi måste ha särskilt tillstånd att ha lotteri. Jag har kontaktat By-law office för att ta reda på detaljer. Väntar på svar.

OK, lat oss veta. Lotteriet ar ju far klubbens utgifter, med andra ord inte for "profit". 

27. Contract holders and sponsoring organizations renting City facilities/premises to conduct low risk activities are strongly encouraged to maintain liability insurance coverage to a limit of $1,000,000 inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death and damage to property in one of the following forms; Commercial General Liability, Special Events Liability, Home Owners’ Personal Liability, Tenants or Condominium Owners’ Personal Liability. 

Detta är valfritt då vi är "low risk", men kostar bara $54 dollar. Eftersom jag till viss del kommer ha personligt ansvar, tror jag att det är en bra grej.

Ja, $ 54 tycker jag ar helt OK att betala for en low risk forsakring.

7. Contract holders should be equipped with proper First Aid supplies and have a person certified in First Aid on-site at all times while using the City of Ottawa park.

Jag tror att om nagon tar med sig en First Aid lada med vad det innehaller tror jag att det inte ar nagra problem, vi har aldrig haft nagra "olyckor. Tycker inte det ar nodvandigt att petala nagon $200 for att vara dar. Foraldrarna far passa pa sina barn som de alltid gor, eller......?
